Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer support by utilizing bilingual communication skills to serve a diverse customer base effectively. The position requires a proactive individual who can address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Assist customers in navigating the company's products and services, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Stay informed about industry trends, particularly within the wellness sector, to better assist customers.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to diagnose, resolve, and escalate customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software.
• Wellness Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the wellness industry and related products and services is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Benefits

The role offers competitive pay ranging from $24 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
